Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations:

Bluebird Solar operates and delivers at almost all the major locations across India. However, we may not be able to deliver at certain locations due to logistical limitations. You can know about the serviceability at your location by checking your Pin code on the page of the product you wish to buy.

Order status:

Once your order is complete you will receive the Order Confirmation through email and SMS on your registered e-mail ID and phone numbers, respectively. You can track the status of your order in the My Account section of Bluebird Solar Store.

Shipping charges:

In most of the cases, Bluebird Solar provides free delivery, however in certain cases a minimal shipping charges may apply and these would be for you to review during the checkout for purchase. Shipping Charges given in the checkout page are final and doesn’t have any hidden costs or additional charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final, and all taxes are inclusive.

Delivery Time:

Bluebird Solar makes best efforts to ship each item in your order with minimum 2 to 5 working days of the order placement. However in some extreme cases, it may take longer, up to maximum 8-12 working days, to ship the product. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.

Shipping Method:

We ship the order either through reputed courier services. You will get the tracking details like courier company, Airway Bill Number etc so that you can track your order.

If you receive your product in a damaged condition, you are advised not to accept it. Please write the suitable remark in the POD (proof of delivery) document. In case you find some issue after you accept the product then contact us within 24 hours. For more details please check the Returns Policy.

What if you are not available to receive the parcel ?

Our courier partner makes attempts to reach you via a phone call or SMS. Please ensure that you take calls from our courier partner to facilitate delivery of your package. A second attempt will automatically be made within 24 hours. After the second attempt, our courier will hold on to the parcel for 3 days awaiting further instructions from the recipient before returning the parcel to Bluebird Solar. Once the parcel has been shipped back to us by the courier partner, we will automatically cancel your order. The payment made by you towards the cancelled order will be refunded via the original mode of payment.

International Delivery
