Returns and Replacement Policy

If you want to return the product, you are free to return it but at the time of delivery. However, in such return cases, the cancellation rules will be applicable. The return request would need to be sent through the e-mail from your registered e-mail ID, at, or by contacting us on our Sales Support Phone No +91 011 47052209, mentioning order details being mandatory. Also, check the conditions below when you can ask for replacement:

1. If you receive a damaged product

In case the product you receive is in damaged condition, you have to call Bluebird Solar customer care helpline +91- 011- 47052209 or write to us at within 10 Days of the receipt of the product to register your complaint. Share an unboxing video or photograph. Our service team will examine the delivered product and if the product is beyond correction we will collect the damaged product with all inbox accessories and you will be delivered a new product.

2. Wrong product delivery

If you receive a wrong product , you have to inform Bluebird Solar team at +91- 011- 47052209 or write to us at Our team will verify and we will replace the wrong item with the correct product. It needs to be informed within 10 Days of product delivery.

3. If your product is not working

Due to the nature of our products, we discourage the returns post satisfactory product delivery. However, if there is any issue with the product we would be happy to assist you with the right solution like service support or replacement as the case may be. In case the product is not working, you have to call Bluebird Solar customer care helpline +91- 011- 47052209 or write to us at within 10 days of the receipt of the product to register your complaint. Our Team will understand the issue and will offer you the right solution. Else the product will be replaced.

4. Return & Replacement Confirmation Process

  • Please ensure that you inspect the shipment as soon as you accept it from the courier.
  • In case of any physical damage to the outer or inner packaging, refuse to accept delivery.
  • Put a suitable remark about the nature of damage on the courier receipt confirmation slip.
  • In case of any damage to the actual product, you are required to inform the Bluebird Solar customer care within 10 days of receipt of the product.
  • Write a mail at mentioning about the issue.
  • Share Clear images of the damaged product and packaging highlighting the issue.
  • Once the return request is accepted you are requested to repack the product with original packing and invoice.
  • Once the return parcel reaches our location, we will do a thorough inspection and will initiate the replacement or refund after we are satisfied with the genuineness of the return.

5. When do you get a refund for the cancelled order?

If the payment was by Credit/ Debit Card, Net-Banking or UPI, we will refund the money in your respective payment account. Typically refunds are processed in between 5-7 working days after the order is marked as cancelled.

6. What if the product is not accepted at delivery?

If the product is in good condition and is the one you ordered, still if it is not accepted at the time of delivery then, The RTO Charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.

7. Non-Eligibility for return, replacement or refund

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this Replacement Policy, viz:

  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
  • Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
  • Not Informing about the damage within 10 Day of receiving the product.
