Cancellation Policy
1. When can you cancel an order?
You can cancel an order any time before 24 hrs of order placement. Order cancellation will not be allowed after that.
2. Will a cancellation request have any implication on you?
There will be no cancellation charges or processing fees for the customer upon order cancellation.
3. When do you get a refund for the cancelled order?
If the payment was by Credit/ Debit Card, Net-Banking and Digital Wallets, we will refund the money in your respective payment account. In the majority of cases, it takes 5-7 working days to reflect in your account after we process the refund request.
Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure refund into your account. We only control release of funds from our side, there is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
4. What happens if you cancel the order post shipping?
Once order been shipped you have to call Bluebird Solar customer care helpline +91-011-47052209 or write to us on Orders@bluebirdsolar.in to request cancelation.
Bluebird Solar Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the order under below mentioned circumstances:
- Error / Mistake in product information on our website (error in price, specification, quantity etc.)
- Wrong or incomplete details provided while placing the order (incomplete address, wrong or no PIN code, phone number, etc.).
- COD order which you did not re-confirm.
- Product not available.
- Delivery address is out of service area
